Here at Pitter Patterned we value our customers and their families. We want nothing more than to bring you high quality products that you can enjoy for years to come.

Returns & Exchanges

Pitter Patterned only accepts returned items if there is a flaw in the materials or construction of the product. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to return products if you change your mind or if you have made an error in spelling during the personalization process. We do not offer exchanges on our products. Please contact customer service to return a defective item.

Shipping Information

All products are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, unless you have chosen an expedited option during checkout. You can expect to receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order, tracking information will be supplied 5-22 days later when the item has shipped. This lead time is due to the custom nature of our products, each item is custom printed and assembled – which takes time. It’ll be worth the wait, we promise!

Safety Information

Caution: For babies under 12 months remove pillows, quilts, comforters, pillow-like stuffed toys and other soft products from the crib when the baby is sleeping to help prevent SIDS.
